clear glass beer mug for id please

something from today, which I first quickly thought might have been either wfrs. or Dartinton - but not either I am fairly sure now.  Height is about 5.7/8 inches - 148mm - very chunky, with ground and polished concave pontil.    Base is very thick - as is the top of the side which measures about 5.5mm thickness, and overall quite heavy.   Rim is rounded.   No marks needless to say, although some wear which indicates perhaps 20 - 40 years - although could have been left unused in someone's cupboard for a lot longer of course.   Would be interested if anyone has any ideas as to attribution, and thanks for looking.
