Thanks for that Sue, i think you might be on the right track. I'm finding it hard to find information about Lazlo. But my searching for information lead me to Neo Glass by Kris Heaton  and I think this might be who I'm looking for, but stiill looking for the mark.

Hi.
What you have is a nice piece from Jan Zeman and if you look very carefully on the base of the piece you will see a small J & Z sitting on top of each other.
Very nice piece.
