Glass Leaf - Small - No Glow
« on: July 28, 2010, 06:15:55 AM »
:hi: Bought this Green Glass leaf, but it also has No glow at all.  It is about 4 inch wide, 6 inches long, and 1 inch high.  Any ideas on it?    Still like the color.  Possibility an ashtray too, or a ..............?.........

Bagley? Looks like a shorter version of this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BAGLEY-VINTAGE-GREEN-GLASS-CUCUMBER-DISH-VGC-/370412097788

I have seen 1000s of these you can find them in every charity shop and car boot sale over here. Can't say I have seen many as short as yours though.

Thanks Nemmie   Not sure what kind of dish this is, as it was the only one I found.  Wonder if there was sort of *set* it was with at one time??  Maybe that is a possibility....same design, but a set of some sort.

Thanks for finding that info............you Rock     \m/

It's Davidson. They made a 4-in one.

Thanks Lustrosstone -- So it is Davidson.  What do you mean a 4-in one, as some sort of set?  Do you know a reference pic just to see another set with everything like this (as a set).  What is this little dish called?  Or part of?

Will try to Anne -- all I know now is it is Davidson, but not even sure what this little bowl is called to look there at the site.  So a little lost tying to figure out, and what the items is called, or the style (pattern ) of it.  Not that great at this, unless it jumps out at me...or know more to look up.  but will try.  it is just a Davidson piece to me - that is all I know.

Thxs.....on Storm Watch here, so may not be on the computer for long today, or to night...
