Glass Pillar - Seams

:hi: I assume this is a Pillar for a candle. It has seams, and has no glow. It is quite large at 9.25 inches tall, 4 inch wide opening on the top, and 4.5 inch base. Any ideas as to maker, or to age....as I have have none.

Worthy of spending a whole $3 on it -- or not... $:-\$
