Silver rimmed,ribbed vase,id please

6.25 inches high,the hallmark is for B'ham 1904 and the reg' number,I think,is 444099 which I believe is the same date so probably English,S&W maybe?

I've not seen that sort before either Keith... curious isn't it? Does it say RD and the number - I can only make a part of it out. There's nothing in Jenny Thompson's listing or on the Great-Glass site for #444099.

I've looked for the number myself,no luck,it has an 'R' then three very triangular 4's a 0 and two 9's the first of which I can't get a clear enough pic',have tried again,bit better ;D
