Topic: Czech Glass Duck ID = Libochovice 2146

I bought this duck centrepiece recently.

Am I right in thinking that it was most likely made by Libochovice the base is very similar to the Penguin centrepiece although I believe the duck may not be that common.

Height 8.25" or 21cm.

Hi Roy.  I'm pretty sure this is shown in the Libochovice catalogue on the CD that comes with the Sklo Union book by Marcus.  Page 31 of the catalogue, pattern number 2146 I think?  Maybe Marcus can confirm.

I do think this item is made by the same maker as the penguin (Libochovice). I have only seen this flower frog in frosty white. If not mistaken, there are the frog sitting on the rock, the swallows and also the 3 graces flower frogs all I believe are made by Libochovice.

Sorry for the late reply but I have been packing up the house ready for the builders to move in tomorrow, I am of camping for 11 days in Dorset, Devon and Jersey with my 2 younger children while my wife looks after the builders
