Welcome to the board Maureen. You don't need to start a new topic to add more info to your original question, just use the Reply tab at the top or bottom instead.

I've merged your two topics into one to keep the pics together.

Thank you , a new site can be a little baffling to begin with but I am starting to get the hang of it .

No worries, do shout for help if you get stuck. :)

We've a fair few answers in the Help etc forum here which cover a lot of the most-frequently-asked-about problems but not everything: http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/board,22.0.html

Hello, thank you  , I really like this website and I  hope to get a response about this bowl , I love glass and have collected it for years but this bowl is a mystery to me , when I bought it I thought it could be Whitefriar's but I could find  nothing except from a vague similarity to the knobbly range  , so I thought  may be it could be a Murano piece  but I still could not find  any information ,  I posted it on the whitefriars site and got nothing at all, so if I don't get any response this time  can I upload it again after a week or so with better photos because I think this site may finally answer my question .

Just add a reply (called a *bump*), rather than repost it please. We prefer it if you leave it a couple of weeks before *bumping* it though please as not everyone pops in every day. Be patient and help with be forthcoming - sometimes it takes longer than others though. ;)

Welcome.

The "better pictures" you mention would help greatly. I can't make out out enough details to even know whether I have any idea of who made the piece.
