Dugan Art Glass?
« on: August 18, 2010, 02:42:42 AM »
Picked this up today & was 99% certain it was Dugan as the frit in the glass, the twists & the base all say Dugan, but the shape of the top is different than what I've seen. 10" high with a 5 3/4" diameter. Assistance appreciated. Ken

I agree that this is Dugan, c. 1905-06 when they called this sort of thing Pompeian, Japanese, Venetian, etc. Your item is larger than most, but I think it's been swung a bit and then cut down to create the bulb vase style.

Thanks Dr. Measell I appreciate the confirmation. The top & the size even though it looked like Dugan was throwing me.  Ken
