I have looked for this -  Bagley - Sowerby, and some of Pamela's site, but I really haven't got anywhere.   I know someone will tell me I missed it along the way. :)   It has the hallmarks of being a carnival derivative, with an 8 way crimped rim - badly water stained - and missing, probably, its dome, and possibly even a plinth maybe.       Diameter is about 10.25"/260mm - height about 5"/128mm, and fair amount of base wear.     Any help would be appreciated, as I am a bit lost, and thanks for looking.
