New Jug to taunt my research skills :(

Hi all, Picked this one up at a local auction.  I feel it's probably one of the North American West Virginia area glass companies but haven't been able to find another like it.  I know it's not worth a zillion anything.  But it just irritates me when I assume I can do a little digging and find the glass company and then can't  :'(

I thought the seed glass, paneled sides and ribbed handle would be some good hints.  It's 5 inches tall. Suggestions appreciated.  Thanks, -Buck
