Pastel smudged water effect vase

It looks hand blown, faint pontil mark to the base middle. The colours are pastels which look like water spot sudges on watercoulour paints. Measures  just over 15 cm tall.

I think Ivo has said in the past that these are from Romania, I have not been able to find any confirmation by searching here so maybe it was a dream.... :spls:

Almost correct. I have said on more than one occasion these are from Ilanit in Israel, and based on imported factory glass.  There is production of something similar in Romania, though. :hi:
