Sue & Cathy — I happened to do an ISBN search for this little book, and, mysteriously, very little came up. Neither the British Library nor Amazon knows about it, nor do the Rakow Library at Corning and the Library of Congress.
I suspect Nigel forgot to send in the required legal deposit copy (preferably with the errata slip) to the British Library. He had one month to do it, see
here. He can still do it, but should include an apologetic letter and hope that the legal deposit receipts officer is in a really good mood, as it is quite likely to still be a hanging offence, or, at the very least, transportation in chains to Tasmania.

On a more practical note, Nigel is missing out on sales to these great libraries, and on sales generated by the book's appearance in their catalogues.
