Difficult to tell. The pictures make it look huge. It's only 7.5cm tall, so minute flaws will be magnified.

Small or not it looks a little crude for Webb cameo,it lacks the 'flow' and artistry of other pieces I've seen IMHO  ;D

There also seems to be some issue with the image expansion - some pixelating around the rim?

If their attributions on English glass are as much fantasy as most of their Bohemian ID's, the chance of it being Webb are very very slim. I am familiar with this seller, and their general knowledge of glass is far less than their extensive knowledge of inaccurate keywords to draw lookers.  In many cases accuracy does not seem to be a great concern to them when it comes to glass.....

The quality of the work on the piece does not strike me as Webb Cameo at all.....
