The weight is quite typical of daily production items from the Ysart Brothers (Vasart) company, 1946 to 1955. These usually have some degree of darkness to the dome and more often than not have anything from "several" to "masses" of air bubbles in the clear glass.
When mentioning size, it is useful to give the diameter at the widest point and the height. However, most of the "daily production" Ysart Brothers weights I have seen have been approximately 3 inch diameter and 2 inch height.
