Large Yellow/Orange Glass Bowl w/ Orange & Green Interior Stripes

Here's a large bowl with an orangey yellow glass and interior stripes.  It measures 9" inches square and 4" inches tall.  Anyone have an idea of it's origin?  I thought perhaps it might be a Czech piece.  The base is polished and it does have some age ot it.  Any ideas?

I have no idea -- but the colors are very bright.  Have not seen anything like it (yet) in viewing google sites.  Errr, Very Different colors...
