Tiny Spatter Bowl....? Maker or Country of Origin?
« on: December 12, 2010, 01:02:57 PM »
Hi everyone,  I bought this pretty little spatter glass bowl a little while ago and just love it.  It is very tiny.

6.5cm wide
3.5cm deep.

Pink blue and green spatters on a clear background,  with gold sprinkles fused into the inside surface.

It is like a tiny little jewel and is very beautiful when the sun shines through it.

Can anyone throw a light on the maker?
Rosie.

Can I nudge this back into play....no comments at all so far,  and I don't even mind slightly scathing comments....if it is cheap junk,  I would like to know....... :X:

It looks like a piece of modern studio glass. Definitely not old Czech

Thank you Keith and Ivo,  your pieces of glass are lovely,  but I fear my little bowl may be a very poor relation.  It is a smooth rim and is very thin lightweight glass, to answer your questions Flying free, and I am adding a couple of extra pictures in the hope they will help.
