Clear glass vase, birdbath base, flower design, help please

Hi All,

Happy New Year to all.
I was wondering if any one could shed any light on this vase that I was given together with some other old vases. I had the thought it was Cristal d Arques, but it has a very deep bird bath type base and I'm not sure if that is right for a C D Arques vase. It is 10.5 " high and 3 part pressed with a flower design around the sides. There are no marks to the base.
