Looking at my pair again, Ivo's attributions make sense. It's the finish on the bottom that clinches it for me. On my piece like vanman's, it's the base that most convinces me it's Chinese. It has the same concave base, but the base is only semi-polished and quite roughly done. On the other similar piece I have the base is perfectly flat and fully polished. I've been comparing the lattimo on the former with the lattimo on known Murano pieces I have, and I'm struggling to see much of a difference. But that may be my eye. Anyhow, one of my pieces is going into my Chinese section. I'm attaching pictures for reference sake.
