Looks saleable to me as long as it is properly described (with photos), someone will be interested at a reduced price. I have no idea what that might be though.

obscurities:
Hello, The possibilities for this, as a house that produced it would include Rückle, as Steven said. Similar pieces were also produced by Kralik and Welz. Although this is not an example, one should also be aware that there is similar glass to this currently being produced in the Czech Republic..... although I do not believe current production is being done in a satin finish.....at least I have not seen a modern example in that finish.
The shape of the foot on this one, particularly the reverse angle of the bottom edge, which I refer to as a reverse bevel, would lead me toward Welz or Kralik as the production house..... Welz used the reverse bevel foot on far more pieces than Kralik did.
The only real positive affirmation of an attribution would likely come from finding a piece in a unique decor by one of these companies in the same shape.....
It is a nice piece, and definitely worth selling..... someone will want it....
Craig
edit in: I have added an image of a pair of labeled Welz examples in a similar decor that is not a satin finish...
shugdens:
I'd say Kralik as well, these have a slightly rough rim anyway, still worth around £15 in that state.
