It has a beautiful blue-gray colour and its 44 cm high!Does anybody have a idea!

I am not sure, but I would suspect that this is Lux Glass made in Austria.
Here is a similar one on Austrian ebay which the seller claims to be Flygsfors: http://cgi.ebay.at/XXL-Design-Glas-Vase-Flygsfors-Rauchglas-40cm-2kg-/260714335687. I doubt the Flysfors attribution (but I am sure if yours was Flygsfors somebody with more knowledge would have recognized it).

The fleamarkets and second hand shops here are filled with Lux Glass items, many still with label. If unlabeled these are usually attributed to Murano or Bohemia.
