Whoop whoop Thanks John thats 3 very rare lamp bases in as many weeks, i may do a group photo tomorrow  

Its sad that I've got to flog them all to pay the bills. I'll choose one to keep, maybe the Kralik one if theres no offers by month end.

There was one of his decanters there as well but in another box.

I think this vase might be etched kirkhill as well. I'll get a eyeglass on it in the morning.

Far better than WFs, far more scarce, far more important. It's a piece of Scottish Art Glass history.

Wfs knobblies were knobbled with an "S" shaped tool, Shugdens. This makes a very distinctive mark on the surface.

Its sad in a way that every thing I find is just for its resale value. At least you've got one or two clearance dealers prepaired to show there finds off before they get sold off..

It aint necessarily so if you present it correctly, i find Scottish glass can do well , do your homework .

I dont use them on Ebay. I'm still deciding which one to keep so it will be a few weeks before I get round to putting any of them on Ebay.
The Serves freeformed one looks best in my house, I've advertised the Krelik on here & by word of mouth. I was trying to get Wayne intrested on sunday when I met him but he didnt take the bait
