Wonky bowl with smoky purple and lime green streaks -- any ideas?

Hello,

I bought this little bowl because I liked the cobweb effect with the smoky purple and lime green colours... the piece looks especially lovely in the sun.

It is 10,5cm high and 10cm wide. The base has a rough, broken-off pontil mark.
Is it Polish, Chinese, or heaven knows?
