Loetz Tango Glass Vaase??

Purchased this little orange glass vase with venetian influence recently has good age related wear to the base and a pontil the rim appears to be black glass trailed around it and the vase is cased in clear glass on top of the orange colour. The vase is approx 5" tall any ideas as to origins date etc greatly appreciated thanx dan .
