looks enamelled.... anybody knows the maker?
I'm not sure about origin and age as well... 1920s? czech? bavaria?

I think you've got it about right. Perhaps 10 years either way datewise. Unfortunately makers for these are usually unidentifiable.

It isn't tango. Tango pieces have one color of glass with applied glass details of stark contrast, e.g. black on red. Your vase has painted details, instead of glass. I have had several similar vases, but have never been able to attribute them.
