Thanks for all advice ...These glasses are nearly identical in size.measuring 16.5 cm in height..the bases are large 8cm wideThe width of the bowls are 6.5cm .. he glasses look like they have had a faint swirl design across the front.    I am attatching some better pics.All help gratefully recieved..

HI ,
         These types are quite well known , probably originating from Italy in the early 20thc , hand made in the 18thc style .
