SIGNITURE HELP PLEASE

Hello - i have what looks like a tea light holder with mdina style coloured speckles and it is signed what looks like eili soon,unless im reading this wrong !! does anyone have any ideas to who this is ?

Eili Soon appears to be a glass artist in Estonia with a studio at Olustvere Manor. A picture of the whole thing would be nice please

Hiya sorry i took so long,heres a picture-its only a small piece of glass .
Thats interesting being estonian i was looking into other places that commonly used the names eili and soon .
