« on: April 01, 2011, 09:46:51 AM »
Ok this time I bought this and I don't care if its Chinese....well I do.  Its isn't old. The top is black  over clear glass and seems to be one piece as I don't see joins. BTW I just asked maths teach Hb about the base and he describes it as a concave base with a convex centre or (basin shape with a lump in the middle, my description).  It stands slightly off center.  It is 12cm high.
the platter is 22cm in diameter. So who have I bought.  I know its not Snowflake!!

Not sure exactly who made it, but I bought a solid red one, brand new, exactly the same, for my mother for Christmas a couple of years ago. Trying to remember which shop it was from - Freedom?

thanks Cathy because I rarely buy anything brand new I have no idea what is in the shops.  Freedom is a better idea than the $2.00 shop
