Thought id place this on here as im unsure about it when i first saw it i thought modern glass but since i got it today i keep thinking it looks a bit like some kralik ive seen quite a nice colour and has a pontil scar fair amount of wear nothing crazy but what is unusual is there appears to be stylised flowers into the glass around the main body and again on the rim wouldnt know how this has been done would just like to know if anyone might understand how its done also a maker date etc if possible thankyou its puzzling me. Nearly forgot 4.5"tall 5.5" rim and 3" base The glass is very fine!!

Hi Just put dimensions on above i paid £1 for it today looks better in pictures than it did in the shop i can tell you i put it down twice before i bought it but i like it now the pictures i mean i think its a posy vase seems to have some sort of colouring applied as at the base it is clearer than up the sides i mean the base is clear but the main body is quite iridescent almost silky!!

It's mould blown, which creates the flower. Spraying with metal salts while hot creates the iridescence. Nice find
