handkerchief vase with applied finish

HI
I have just bought a Handkerchief vase with a applied red and white finish on the out side of the glass . But did they make them wear the color was intra the glass.Thank you
IF IT AINT BROKEN, DONT FIX IT.

Not sure, but it *think* it may be Chance glass -- I could be wrong, as I have never held a piece in my hands.  Just an educated Guess ?????  Others may tell you differently....

Yes, Rose is right, it is Chance glass. Robert take a peep at http://www.chanceglass.net/pages_hk/index.html and http://www.chanceglass.net/pages_hk/hk_gallery.html where David has some info about these vases. There are some coloured through versions but not in the patterned ones like this.
