Topic: Is this Scandinavian Glass ?????

Hi all you kind and well informed people on GMB , I was wondering if anyone could give me an identification of this glass vase , to me it looks like a Scandinavian piece , it stands at 7 1/2" high has a 2 3/4" dia rim , is encased in a clear glass with a blue inner , a thick clear base , the actual vase wall is 5mm thick and weighs in at 1kg ... base not signed ..
