Hi, I am quite sure this is Skrdlovice from the 1980s, designed by Pavel Juda if I remember correctly...
But our Skrdlovice experts will surely know that exactly :)

Michael is correct as you suggest Ivo. Pattern 8533/22. I think it is Jan Juda design for Skrdlovice. Jan Juda is the name Jindrich has used on his site for the article on a visit to see him.... but Pavel and Jan are listed on the Beranek website as designers.....
