Small Glass Oval Picture Frame ??

 :hi: I found this self-standing Lead Glass small Picture Frame.  It is about 5 inches tall, and 4 inches wide.  It has an label on it, and I am not sure who it is.  It says Lead Crystal, and ???? Yugoslavia on it with some script letters on it.  Maybe I should know this one, but it fails me ---> (old age..... :24: )

Any ideas?   Thanks in Advance.................it is kinda *Sweet*  ;)

I found this label for Rogaska **HERE but it does not look even close to mine -- so I am a little confused  :spls: here.  Nor can I find that label using that maker??
