If the top image shows the base / side of the paperweight, it looks like an Indian '3 flower spatter pattern' paperweight.  In my experience these do not sell even if in perfect condition and priced at 50p.

The others look like generic tourist gift items, and again, are of little commercial value - but you might find someone who takes a fancy to one, and would pay a nominal sum for it.
