Several companies did related designs; hard to tell who made this spiral design first... Zwiesel and Theresienthal with the spiral
to the inside:

mm, I'm not keen on that though Dirk, neither the colour nor the shape...actually, looking at them all I think my shape is best 
Mine has the trailing to the outside.  I was quite interested though in the similarity between the vase Rocco showed labelled Zwiesel and a vase I have seen id'd as Maleras Nebula, they look incredibly alike.
