strange and heavy drinking glass. ID = Tiffin

Another recent speculative purchase. It's very heavy and reminiscent of Scandi but cant place it. Any ideas?

I should also say its 14cms tall has an irregular pattern to foot

It's American: the Madeira range made by Tiffin in the 1970s. The size looks liked an iced tea.
