Bohemia little cute Vases need ID

Purchased these two cute vases, one has a Label (Bohemia) and other none.
The shape nearly similar the Blue one has three recessed linen

I am looking for the Year of production, manufacture, and Designer Name.

both dates differ by a few units
  • Weight: ~0.200 Kg
  • Size: Ø ~34 H ~155mm
  • Base:  polished
  • Particular: the blue one has three recessed linen
