Glass Handkerchief

Hi, can anyone tell me anything about my glass handkerchief please? I thought it was chance GLASS but the pattern I have told is not a recognised chance pattern.

The measurements:

5 2/8" (13.5) TALL, 7" (18CM) ACROSS TOP, 15" (38CM) ACROSS BASE, 1 6/8" (4cm) opening at the top.

Would appreciate any information you can give me on this lampshade.
