Another polar bear

I picked him up in an op-shop.  As you can see he needs a good clean(apologies).  The base is completely flat.

Maker?

Designer?

Help!!!     Ross

I havre 2 very similar, one is Murano with a green and gold label, the other is swedish F N Ronneby.

I've been having a look at some different polar bears, and I think you are correct Inca....the feet are all wrong.  I didn't look at the base roperly. 
Do you think that with the lobg snout it could be a Wedgwood bear Ross?  How big is it?

These are photo's of my Murano bear, his base is very similar in shape and flatness to Ross's.

Both the Ronneby and the Murano pieces are cased though, whereas Ross's is a solid opal shade.
