may well be Victorian - but the stopper looks rather basic and plain. You should be able to 'feel' whether the decoration is transfer or hand enamelled - but must admit it does look like transfer. What is the bottom like - is there a pontil scar/mark, and what is the colour of the glass - is it whitish or a bit greyish? Can you smell any previous contents - a scent will often retain some trace odour of the contents plus some sticky looking bits in corners. I take it this doesn't have a drop stopper - or the remnants of one?
