Some 2.7" diameter with a smooth polished base - the colourful canes come to a gather at base and are twisted around - no id on maker or date so any help appreciated - see photos

Woops thats my fault - I clicked on same photo twice - sorry :pb:

Here is a profile shot - can't post base shot till tomorrow as am away from home tonight and didn't photo base and copy to usb stick.
