is this vase pulegoso? any ideas on maker

got this vase think its pulegoso has got some foreign bodies in it as well so wondered if it was an early piece when they were first mastering pulegoso it has a rough pontil. any ideas would be great thanks

hi its 6" tall the base diameter is 3" its quite lightweight

I think it is a recent piece from Egypt or Morocco.
