Does anyone know the origin of these vases please ?

I have a pair of small painted vases ( about 3 -4 inches tall ) with sea scenes and they are silver tops , 1925 London I think and the initial DL stamped by the hallmarks, does anyone know anything more about these please

For the 1920s, it might be something connected with Schindler & Co (David Loebl), formerly London branch of Schindler & Co, Gablonz (Germany). The vases could be German and sold in England.
