Blue Vase - Scandanavian?

6.5" high bottle - in blue with dimple in centre - is it misssing the stopper and what maker is it and date

Finding another stopper will be tricky and I suspect a bucket load of luck may be required. The best source may turn out to be from another example that is in poor condition, maybe one that is heavily waterstained.....  Assuming that a replacement would fit without a little fettling.

In the thread I linked to Bryn shows his example and the stopper is clear not blue.
