Clear Glass & Gold Foil Ashtray with Pestle...

My new ashtray...he he...probably not going to get an id on this one but I can hope for the best. Clear glass and gold foil ashtray with the original pestle.
Any ideas on the maker? 21cm in length, 15cm in width and 9.5cm high.

ive got a nice bowl with a pestle. The conclusion is that it is a stubber, for putting out cigars or cigarettes  :D
