Fenton piece?

I got this "bridal basket bowl" that is pink and white, with a clear ruffle.  It has what I assume are 22k gold chain links painted on the inside.  No other markings.






Sorry for the huge images, don't seem to be able to adjust size with IMG Code

Thanks to anyone with some info!
