Stuart Crystal Similar to cairngorm/peacock pattern??
« on: July 13, 2011, 10:08:09 PM »
Bought recent its  a rather nice stuart vase with similar patterning to the famous cairngorm although this glass is amber with dark brown peacock globs, Has a large polished pontil scar and a very faint stuart acid mark measuring 10" fairly light weight with a honeycomb pattern all over the glass im thinking its more likely 30yrs newer than the cairngorm as it was around 1900s and i think the acid mark came in in the 1930s just thought id post to show people an example!! Anybody know anything more?? :tof: the base has remnents of the price form the shop.
