Peculiar decanter set

Recently bought this decanter set on Ebay. I payed a relatively low price, but that's probably because the stopper of the decanter is missing (if there ever was one).

The set was sold as being made/designed by C. Schlevogt, but somehow I doubt that. It doesn't look very "art deco" to me. Anyone got a better idea? It's probably still Czech, isn't it?
