Iridescent cased vase ID?

Sorry for the horrible pictures, but this attracted my attention in a shop, and I am wondering about its origin and age.  All opinions are appreciated. 
It is 7" tall, cased white inside.  The rim is not ground and polished but is rounded and smooth.  The bottom is ground flush but not polished.  Newer Asin or older Bohemian or something else?  Thanks for looking.
