Can anyone help me identify this vase?

Hi, Can anyone help me identify this vase? It stands 9.5 ins tall, weighs approx 1kg and has a rough pontil mark.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated as I have been searching the internet and various glass books without success. Regards, Patrick
