art deco style candle holder.

2.75 inch square 2 inch tall 1.5 inch dia hole. Weighs 400gram. Has criss cross matrix under base.

Is it art deco?? its hefty any idea who may have made it??

It's an inkwell and could be any date up to the 1950s/60s
